It’s not a matter of effort or interest—domestic insurance simply falls outside of our market focus. We specialize in commercial SME insurance, and this has been our approach from the start.We understand that you reached out to other brokers with the same enquiry. However, we are not in the market to compete on price alone, which is something we communicated early on. Multiple brokers approaching the same insurers for quotes can cause issues, as some insurers may withdraw their offers if they receive duplicate requests.We feel it’s unfair for us to receive a negative review based on this situation, as the decision to avoid domestic insurance is a deliberate business choice. In fact, we’ve removed all references to domestic insurance from our website to ensure clarity.I also want to emphasize that my brokers have been professional and polite in their responses to you. Just to reiterate from my earlier email, broker-only products for domestic lines are limited. When insurers provide a quote for a property, they are legally obligated to offer the same terms to any other broker attempting to quote for the same property.
