Our cover has been updated by Frans, when he took over our insurance recently. The premium is slightly more than we are paying elsewhere it is because we now have the correct cover that we need, not just “off the shelf” insurance.
This is my first business insurance policy thus all new to me. So far so good and just great to feel that you have the right insurance in place when you are still learning!
While we unfortunately had to shut down our business in 2020 due to and mainly because of the Covid situation, we had no issues with our insurance , our broker was extremely helpful and understanding of the challenge our business faced during 2020 , and we will have no hesitation in recommending or going back to our broker if we require insurance or advice in the future.
