Alicia is a Senior Account Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She commenced her career with BHP in claims, building a strong foundation in claims management, policy interpretation, and delivering practical risk outcomes for clients.

Alicia later co-owned and operated her own brokerage in partnership with Brokers National for 24 years, developing a strong reputation for trusted advice, exceptional service, and long-term client advocacy.

Alicia is now part of the team at nationally based brokerage Grace Insurance, where she continues to support clients with tailored insurance solutions and proactive risk management strategies. She is highly regarded for her strong knowledge of local markets and her ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and insurers. Alicia takes pride in her long-standing personal relationships with clients and her commitment to delivering reliable advice and ongoing support.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in General Insurance, along with her Qualified Professional Insurance Broker (QPIB) accreditation and Diploma of Broking.

Outside of work, Alicia is a keen traveller and enjoys gardening and caring for her animals on her small hobby farm in the beautiful King Valley in Victoria.

Belal started off his corporate and business career at the tender age of just 17 – the youngest hire at a top 5 Australian direct market insurer ever. Since then he has continued to feed and develop his thirst for knowledge while successfully growing his career throughout the corporate insurance and finance industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (majoring in management and finance) with Monash university and he is currently completing a Master’s in International Finance. Like any fun 32-year-old he enjoys numbers, economics, reading, new technologies, and above all providing a client experience like no other.

Using his extensive broking experience across SME, Commercial and Corporate Lines, his desire is to provide not just excellent, but market leading client experiences to ensure continued and long-term client relationships. As a father to a 3-year-old, he is also passionate about the environment hoping to leave a world where all current and future generations of children and families can enjoy the beauty of Earth as it should be.

Janelle Willis has dedicated over 26 years to the insurance industry, offering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of businesses. Her extensive experience has enabled her to work with a wide range of clients, providing them with the expertise and guidance necessary to navigate complex financial landscapes.

Outside of her professional life, Janelle enjoys the simple pleasures of country living. She and her husband take great joy in caring for their sheep, chooks, and a lively cockatoo. Family is at the heart of her life, and she cherishes the time spent with her two children and five grandchildren, making lasting memories together.

Vanessa has been an insurance broker in excess of 20 years. Working across a range of products, she specialises in SME, Commercial and Corporate and has a vast range of knowledge across various occupations.

Her passion lies in understanding client needs, translating them into action, and delivering standout results. From brainstorming big ideas to keeping a close eye on the details, she brings a perfect mix of strategy, creativity, and efficiency to every tasks.

Outside of work, Vanessa is affectionately known as the resident cook as well as a self-confessed Harry Potter tragic, who adores her small family and loves a good book.

Jade Ferrier is a passionate strategic risk partner that provides proactive and reliable outcomes for our clients at Grace Insurance.

With over 20 years’ experience across the insurance industry inclusive of underwriting, broking and risk management; Jade has gained a unique understanding of the industry in particular specialising in the “Hard to Place” insurance market.

Our customers deserve strong advocacy, guidance, and support on their ever-changing and evolving risks; someone to discuss and explain the myriad of exposures explained in terms that are understandable and actionable and that ultimately deliver on what is promised.

Jade’s focus is on building upon the already successful Grace Insurance reputation by ensuring to continually adapt to market trends, investing in our people and maintaining the high standards of service and advice that our clients have come to expect.

Rachel joins Grace Insurance with a wealth of industry experience and a strong reputation for delivering practical, tailored insurance solutions with a genuine client-first approach.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients through complex risk and insurance decisions, Rachel ensures everyone feels informed, protected, and confident in their cover. After 25 years in the insurance industry, she believes good insurance isn’t about products — it’s about people, clarity, and having someone in your corner when it really matters.

At Grace Insurance, Rachel continues her work as a Senior Account Executive, providing relationship-driven support backed by a team known for integrity, expertise, and genuine care. She is passionate about helping individuals and businesses feel protected, informed, and confident in every insurance decision.

Outside of work, Rachel is an avid singer and musical theatre performer, a lover of quality wine, and is known for her exuberant energy — bringing a unique spark to both her professional and personal life.

Rachel Thomas – AR 1319319

Phil Craig has worked in the Insurance industry for the last 35 years. He has widespread Insurance knowledge based on his experience as a Loss Adjuster, State Claims Manager, Commercial Underwriter, Business Development Manager and Insurance Broker. This experience gives him a unique understanding of what can go wrong if an Insurance Program is not put together correctly. Phil is passionate about clients getting their full claim entitlements from Insurers in an increasingly difficult and complex Insurance market, where not all of the participants are playing nicely.

Outside of work Phil enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, children and cats, as well as playing Cricket and watching his beloved Fremantle Dockers and any form of Motor Sports.

Lachlan Craig has 8 and a half years of experience in the Construction Industry as a Glazier, this makes him uniquely suited to understand Insurance for tradesmen. He’s passionate about finding the most suitable insurance and diligent in finding competitive prices and the best coverage, rest assured, Lachlan is dedicated to fulfilling your insurance needs.

Outside of work, Lachlan enjoys finding fun new ways of staying fit. He can be found Rock Climbing, Go-Kart Racing, and Wakeboarding on the weekends. These are a good counter to his other hobby, finding the best restaurants and entertainment around Perth to enjoy a night out with friends and family.
